Burnaby RCMP investigate collision involving two police officers

Burnaby RCMP continues to investigate the collision involving two police officers (see previous news release) that occurred just before noon on Monday, March 4, 2019.

Two male police officers from the Lower Mainland Integrated Police Dog Service, were injured as a result. The Abbotsford Police member has since been released from hospital with minor injuries while the RCMP member remains in hospital with serious injuries and in stable condition.

The suspect vehicle has been located by police and is currently being held for investigation. The vehicle was reported stolen to New Westminster Police Department yesterday.
